MALLORCA TODAY - Weather Alcúdia and Pollensa 2 January 2013
No Frills Excursions
Morning high (8.15am): 10C
Forecast high: 15C
Sea conditions (northern Mallorca): North and Northeast 4 to 5 reaching North 6 to 7 during the morning. Yellow alert for coastal conditions.
Spitting rain overnight, a grey morning with the prospect of some rain. Strong north winds and a warning in place for rough conditions by the coasts, so watch out for heavy waves. Looking ahead, the evening of the 5th should be fine for the arrival of the Three Kings, though it will also be quite windy.
Evening update (19.30): Some rain about, not heavy though, and chilly, a high of just 13.4C (Sa Pobla). The alert for coastal conditions has now been raised for orange tomorrow. So plenty of wind likely on land as well.
