MALLORCA TODAY - Alternativa rejects Ternelles negotiations

The Alternativa per Pollença party has rejected suggestions by Pollensa town hall that it negotiates with the owners of the Camí de Ternelles walk so as to avoid any litigation and to ensure that the walk can be included in the town's catalogue of walks, even if still on the restricted basis by which walks can be enjoyed by the public. The Alternativa points to the Coasts Law as being critical in that, as things stand, access to the sea is being denied to the public. The party argues, therefore, that there should not be any restrictions.
