MALLORCA TODAY - Circuses challenge Pollensa animal ban

Representatives of circuses have written to Pollensa town hall claiming that the town hall's decision to ban animals from circuses is not legally valid. They claim that the decision would not, for example, prevent circuses with animals on private land and that the decision could also be interpreted to prevent animals partaking in any form of fiesta in the town.
