Some overnight rain and it is a dull morning with a high of 17 but not much prospect of sun. The forecast is poor for several days with temperatures slipping.
Afternoon update: It has been pretty grim for much of the day. A storm in the morning was not as strong as in the south of the island where it was damaging. There was a further burst of rain in the afternoon, giving rainfalls by 17:00 of between 10 to 18mm depending on location. Intermittent sun with a high of 20 degrees.
