MALLORCA TODAY - Grocery stores in Pollensa overpaid rubbish tax

Pollensa town hall will be paying back more than 100,000 euros to small grocery stores which since 2008 have been overcharged for the collection of rubbish. The town hall has admitted that there was an "error" in the classification of these stores which led to the overcharging.
