MALLORCA TODAY - Spanish amnesty on undeclared income

The Spanish Government, seeking what it can claw into the national coffers, is to offer an amnesty on undeclared income. The amnesty would still require the payment of tax, but it would be set at only 10%. There are all sorts of argument as to why it might not be a good idea, including a suggestion that it would be unconstitutional.
