Following yesterday's news that confirmed sailings by cruise ships into Palma in 2012 were down by 20% comes further news that Palma is going to lose around 10,000 cruise passengers as a result of itinerary changes. At the same time as this loss was being announced, Balearics tourism minister Carlos Delgado was pressing for cruise ships to be included in the Spanish national tourism plan.
