The regional government in the Balearics has arrived at agreement as to minimum services that will apply on 14 November, the day of the planned national general strike. Among these services, there will be 100% coverage of emergency health provision while PAC health centres will operate - from 17.30 - with the same levels of cover as on Sundays.
