The wind picked up overnight and rain came in. The rain will be heavy at times and is likely to persist until the late afternoon. Winds light but occasional gusts. The outlook for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday is similar to today but with winds reaching potentially damaging speeds from Monday.
Evening update (18:15): Rainy for much of the morning, dry for most of the afternoon but a grey day with a high of 19.5C.
