MALLORCA TODAY - Permissiveness on rural building violations in Pollensa

The Alternativa per Pollença party has complained that Pollensa has long been a town in which there has been a permissiveness regarding the application of fines for building infractions on rural land and it is complaining that this is continuing because the mayor has withdrawn responsibility in respect of such infractions from the ruling "junta" at the town hall. The mayor is in fact also the councillor responsible for urban planning issues in the town.
