Well, Pollensa town hall had already taken on the cost of electricity supply to the Puerto Pollensa swimming-pool - it did so last year when the electricity was cut off because the concessionaire hadn't paid the bills - but now the town hall has formally settled its contract with the company, which means that it will pay the bills. This helps to explain, one imagines, why the pool has been closed again, apparently to save costs during the school holidays.
