Ever more on the arguments over access to the old road between Pollensa and Lluc. This time it concerns cyclists and horse riders. Groups of cyclists which exceed twenty and of horses that are more than fifteen will need to gain permission from the Council of Mallorca in order to use the old road, this being a stipulation in a draft to regulate use of the road.
