It has sat empty for years, but now the Ca na Lloreta industrial estate by Albufera and opposite Es Fogueró in Puerto Alcúdia might actually come to life. The problem has primarily been one to do with electricity supply, and this has now finally been resolved, Red Electric investing 33 million euros in two sub-stations, one of them for the industrial estate.
