MALLORCA TODAY - Supreme Court considers speed limit legality

The Spanish Supreme Court has rejected, for the time being, a petition from two organisations to suspend the new speed limit of 110 kph. The court has to decide if this limit is in fact legal and conforms with the traffic act and will summons the government in the next five days in order to consider whether the measure should indeed be suspended.
