Cloud. After an extremely oppressive night, there is cloud but it should lift to give a sunny day. The yellow alert for high temperatures is still in place, but there should be a cooling tomorrow - to 30 degrees.
Evening update (20.00): A high of 36C inland and 33.5C on the coasts on what has been a clammy old day. Storms may be on the way tomorrow.
