The American lawyer based in Puerto Pollensa who was accused of rape by a female colleague (as reported in a news item on this blog, 19 May 2011) has since been allowed to return to the US while investigations continue, and DNA tests on the underwear of the woman who made the accusation have now revealed that traces of semen were not those of the lawyer.
