Not as chilly overnight, and touching 18 degrees in parts at 6am. Another fine day in store with temperatures in the mid-20s. The forecast for tomorrow has now improved from what is was yesterday evening. Just a slight risk of a spot of rain but otherwise fine, and the outlook through the weekend and into next week remains good.
Afternoon update: About as warm as anticipated - 26.5 having been the area high (inland). A nice enough day once some early cloud had evaporated. The weekend looks perfectly fine.
