At times, news really isn't news in Mallorca; it is basically a repetition of the previous year with a few words changed. So it is with the fiestas, and that of La Victoria, largely ignored by anyone other than diehard local Mallorcans but probably more authentic than most, gets its annual match report, this year's word changes including references to a cold northerly that meant people left early.
