MALLORCA TODAY - Real Zaragoza 0 : 1 Real Mallorca

Mallorca away at bottom club Zaragoza, Mallorca starting the match two places above the relegation zone on goal difference and with 15 points. What was a reasonably even first half in terms of possession, albeit with Mallorca superior in terms of shooting opportunities against a poor Zaragoza, saw Mallorca take the lead six minutes before the break through a Victor header. The second period was similarly close but Mallorca were rarely troubled and continued to be the more progressive side, Victor going close in the dying moments but failing to add a second. A welcome three points for the away team and important that Mallorca should beat a team below them.

Yellows: Postiga (5), Pintér (85)

Mallorca:
Aouate; Cendrós, Chico, Ramis, Cáceres; Tissone, Pina (Joao Victor 82), Pereira, Castro (Nsue 71); Álvaro (Hemed 77), Victor
Goal: Victor (39)
