Almost two years on since the incident took place, the judicial process in respect of Briton Thomas William S. accused of killing another Briton Gary Clive Vigors in Magalluf in March 2011, is now moving. The prosecution will be calling for a 14-year sentence plus the payment of compensation when the case comes to court later this year; this is expected to be at the start of June.
