Mallorca at home to Numancia (from Castile and Leon), both teams pressing for the top six. Not much between the two until Thomas was shown red for a second yellow in the thirtieth minute, reducing Mallorca to ten men. Numancia took control for the final part of the first period, but Mallorca came out in the second looking lively, Nsue blowing a clear scoring chance just after the break. Though Numancia then dominated for periods, a poor game yielded little by way of excitement and few opportunities for either team, though Numancia looked as though they might have broken the deadlock in time added-on, only for Geromel to save things for Mallorca. In the end, all a bit of a bore draw, Mallorca, for now, in eighth spot.
