MALLORCA TODAY - Weather Alcúdia and Pollensa 8 December 2014

Stefanos

Morning high (7.00am): 10.5C
Forecast high: 15C; UV: 1
Three-day forecast: 9 December - Rain, high winds, 12C; 10 December - Sun, wind, 14C; 11 December - Cloud, 15C.

Sea conditions (northern Mallorca; Alcúdia and Pollensa bays to 20.00): Northwest 3 to 5. Swells to three metres easing.

The moon is a little hazy before sun-up. A wide difference in early-morning temperatures with lows in parts of just over three degrees. Should be a reasonable enough day until this evening when rain is due to come in as well as winds of increasing strength. There are amber alerts for tomorrow for both wind and coastal/marine conditions with winds forecast to reach gale force 8 or 9.

Evening update (18.15): Not at all a bad day with a high of 19.6C, but things are looking distinctly dodgy tomorrow with the amber alert for coastal conditions having been raised to red alert.

No Frills Excursions
