An interview with Coloma Terrassa, the lady mayor of Alcúdia, in which she says that during her first year in office, her administration has reduced the municipal debt by eight million euros and that budgeting is now realistic for a time of austerity as opposed to the period of bonanza that previous administrations (not Partido Popular-led) had enjoyed. As ever with these things, there isn't much detail and nor is there anything particularly controversial.
