Sun and some cloud first thing, with highs at 19 degrees, the day is due to take a turn for the worse later with those strong winds and rough seas replacing the currently calm conditions and with showers and possible thunderstorms continuing into tomorrow. A predicted high of 24 later today will probably seem irrelevant as the temperatures take a tumble.
And as forecast the weather took a dive, heavy clouds rolling in towards midday and the wind getting up. Temperatures down to around 20 degrees at 20:00. Not that much rain, but it may still follow.
