The Spanish pilots union has announced that pilots with the airline Iberia plan to strike on 24 separate days until May. The strike dates include 4 April, the Wednesday before Easter, and 9 April, i.e. Easter Monday. The strikes are over the creation of the low-cost Iberia Express and the possible loss of up to 8,000 jobs.

March 16, 19, 23, 25, 26, 30
April 2, 4, 9, 13, 16, 20, 23, 27, 30
May 2, 4, 7, 11, 14, 18, 21, 25, 28
