Utz Claassen, the German shareholder in Real Mallorca football club has issued a "denuncia" against major shareholder Llorenç Serra Ferrer and club president Jaume Cladera that amounts to an accusation of a crime of having duped him into paying over the odds for shares. He is demanding an indemnity of 600,000 euros and there is a possibility that he will level other charges.
