MALLORCA TODAY - Obama faces prosecution from Mallorcan lawyer

A Palma-based lawyer, Daniel Fiol, has filed a claim for prosecution against US President Barack Obama with the International Criminal Court in The Hague, the charge being that his order to kill Osama bin Laden contravened the Geneva Convention.
