The packing into plastic and dumping in open fields of palm tree remains infested by the palm beetle continues to happen in the Llenaire district of Puerto Pollensa, despite objections from residents, a complaint to the Guardia Civil's environment investigation unit and instruction for the remains to be incinerated.
